  Installed flooring in my home and within 6 months gaps started forming in my living and dining room. They had to come out and fix on 3 separate occasions within weeks apart. Not even been a year of installation and same problems exists. Same flooring installed in my kids bedroom and does not have any issues. This flooring is bad or the installation was done wrong to cause this problem. I am proceeding further with necessary options to get this resolved. I didn't pay the kind of money I paid for this service. Being a self employed business it's about the customers however not in this case.

  This has been a very disappointing experience. Nothing is done on time. No return calls, poor follow up. This place makes promises they have no intentions of keeping. I have been trying to get grout samples for three days. I was told this morning someone would drop it off at my house. Its 5:50pm...nothing has been delivered. I would like to cancel my order and get my money back. Beware this place is horrible!
